Good. I didn’t drain all the juice and it’s not as bright red as in he picture but my tomatoes weren’t all completely red ripe. I always add fresh veggies and tomato paste when we have pasta. I doubled the recipe and it made 12 quarts. This is the first time I ever made marinara sauce. I’m sure it will be good this winter
