    Adjusted the pb by adding 1/4 c. butter. Added baking powder as some have suggested in comments. So good and so close to the original type cookie. A must make again.

    It was so simple and turned out just perfect. Crispy on the edges as soft in the middle. I made this without a mixer and it worked out just okay!
