This is my go to recipe for lasagna! I had to sign into my old iCloud account just to find this specific recipe. It’s so simple but yet so flavorful. Everybody loves it when I make it, doesn’t disappoint!

So so good! Make sure you set aside a good amount of time to prep and cook! I made the mistake of starting cooking later in the evening and it was not ready until like 10pm.😂

Amazing, added a few of my own touches but followed the basic recipe, delicious.

First lasagna I’ve ever made. Easy enough. I added spinach to mine, turned out well. I think next time I may double the cheese layer, just personal taste.

Love it!!! Added an egg to the ricotta mixture, roasted a whole bulb of garlic for the tomato sauce, did 1/2 beef 1/2 mild Italian sausage, and put fresh sliced mozzarella on top.

This recipe is one of the best lasagna recipes I have ever made. I made a few changes based on what I had in my pantry and fridge. I used sliced Mozzerella cheese on top of each cheese layer ( I didn’t have enough shredded mozzarella cheese. I also used 1 can regular tomato sauce and 1 seasoned with garlic, basil,& oregano . I also added
ground veal and pork to my mixture. These changes elevated the recipe in my opinion.

Turned out awesome with plenty for leftovers. I did kick it up a bit by adding red pepper chilli flakes. Next time I think i’ll use sweet sausage instead of beef.

Amazing! Super good cheese spread. I had a few changes if you want to try it. I added 8oz sliced mushroom (with meat) I also threw in 1 jalapeño whole with all seeds. There was 0 out of 10 heat but these two additions took this dish to the next level. I also put in thinly sliced fresh mozzarella (pat dry it). I added it on top of the chess spread and layered noodles over. Since I added fresh mozzarella on top of the cheese spread I removed the grated mozzarella from the cheese spread mixture. I would definitely make this again!

amazing! i added an extra cup of ricotta/mozzarella mix and used half of the suggested sugar amount.
onions need to be caramelized before adding all the other stuff.
for tomato sauce, i used marinara.
overall, it took 4 hours from start to finish, so i recommend timing it out for at least four and a half before serving.

I haven’t made a Lasagna in years, but set this recipe aside for a snowy day like today. Was delicious! Easy recipe to follow. The only negative was that my top layer was a little too done, but that’s on me not taking it out a little before the time was up; I was afraid of taking it out too soon. Will definitely make again & adjust the timing.

Family said is was the “best” I’ve ever made. This one’s a keeper. I added fresh spinach and used Italian sausage instead of ground beef. Excellent tip on letting the lasagna sit for 20 minutes.

So amazing! Didn’t have canned diced tomatoes so I had to make my own which was surprisingly easy and way more flavourful.

I'm used to lasagna using store bought sauce but this recipe beats it hands down. Best homemade lasagna I've ever had!
