- 1 cup bread flour (Organic Artisan, I use Bob's Red Mill)
- 1 cup water (WARM fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (or organic pure cane sugar)
- 1 packet instant yeast (or rapid-rise, That's 2 1/4 tsps!)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 lb. chicken breasts (cooked + shredded, See Notes!)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 bell peppers (medium, any color, pitted + diced)
- 1 Scotch Bonnet pepper (minced)
- 1/2 medium onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 cup bbq sauce (homemade or store-bought!, See Notes!)
- 4 Tbsp. jerk seasoning
- 1 cup kale (organic, chopped)
