- 1 cup cheddar cheese (plus more cheese for topping, topping is optional)
- 2 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. thickener (glucomannan, or xanthan gum)
