I’m always a little skeptical when anything is called “Best” but I’m willing to be proved wrong. This recipe is the real deal. The only change I made was to use a whole clove of garlic (crushed) because we like the extra flavor. I deveined the shrimp while leaving the shells on for the marinade (I went 1 1/2 hours) then took the shells off to skewer. I brushed the marinade every 60 seconds (grilling direct with charcoal on a 22 1/2” Weber) putting the lid back on in between. The dipping sauce is the final touch to a real taste treat I paired it with rice pilaf and a Chardonnay and my wife gave it a 5 star rating. I’m adding it to my rotation.
