- 3/4 cup pecan (pieces)
- 3/4 cup pepitas
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste (vanilla extract can be substituted)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 4 apples (fresh, peeled, cored, and sliced, I used Granny Smith)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 13.66 oz. coconut milk (I like Thai Kitchen brand)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
