Made this in the pressure cooker and left out the flour (for my gluten free parents). Turned out fantastic and I’ve frozen some in preparation for those long college nights so I can pop it into the microwave.

Such a yummy stew! I replaced the wostershire sauce with bbq and tomato sauce and added some tomato paste, turned out nice! I will definitely will be making it again

I enjoyed this very much. Minor substitutions that I made was to cut back the beef broth to 2 1/2 cups and add 1/2 cup of red cooking wine that I had on hand and I wanted to get rid of. Also, I did not feel like buying a can of tomato sauce only to use a half a cup so I used some bottled, Pomodoro sauce that I had on hand. If there is one minor improvement I would make I would probably add a bit more flour at the end for thickening the liquid. I like a very thick stew and this was not quite there but other than that, wonderful.

Put everything in the Crock-Pot this morning before heading to work. Used 4 cups Beef broth and extra carrots. Also swapped out the potatoes for Yukon Gold that I had on hand - cut up in bite size chunks with the skin left on the spuds. Came home and used some Wondra flour to thicken the stew then ladled into a few bowls. Wonderful! Everyone loved it. Will definitely be fixing this recipe again!

I made this for dinner and my family loved it. I substituted soy sauce for Worcestershire sauce because I didn’t have any. I substituted frozen peas for a mix of frozen peas carrots and corn. Also served over rice. Will definitely make again!

didn't add flour. Catalina wants less meat for next time. and she wants celery instead of potatoes. overall, I personally like it. oh, and i used canned peas not frozen (i don't like frozen veggies) and i used 4 cups beef broth so i didn't have leftovers.

This stew was great. I followed it loosely by using a red onion, using more tomato sauce, 900ml of beef stock, and cooking in the pressure cooker instead of a slow cook. The whole family enjoyed it!

Best beef stew I've had in quite a while. I used the full 4 cups of beef broth (as that is the normal size in stores) without additional modification to the recipe.
