Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 500g Mince
- 1 Large Onion, chopped
- 100g Streaky Bacon, chopped
- 1 Red Pepper, chopped
- 150ml Red Wine
- Half a Red Chilli, finely chopped
- 400g Tinned Tomatoes
- 300ml Beef Stock

Directions
- Dry-fry mine, drain and set aside.
- Heat a splash of oil and fry onion, bacon and red pepper with chopped chilli for 10 minutes.
- Add mince, red wine and tomatoes and beef stock - bring to boil, then simmer for 1 hour, stirring often.
- Use half of this with pasta and mix rest with 1 tin kidney beans to top jacket potatoes.
