I made muffins rather than bread, and used a whole can of pumpkin, as the recipe states that it won’t hurt to do so. They turned out beautifully and tasted delicious!

Using fresh roasted pumpkin is definitely the way to go. I love this recipe. A must have in the collection

Although the Pumpkin Bread recipe called for one cup of pumpkin, I read the ingredients incorrectly and added one can. The result was a delicious and moist Pumpkin Bread. I also received rave reviews from the maintenance man in my building and his family. I plan on baking another one tomorrow.

The perfect baked gift! Yum! I made three tiny loaves with this recipe. The only thing I did differently was to use 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup applesauce in place of 1 1/2 cup of sugar.

Great! Very tasty. I have made it twice now. Walnuts. Just one cup sugar. Used 1.5 cups flour + 1/4 cup hemp hearts. Applesauce instead of oil. Mmmm…

This recipe is the best I have ever made according to a lot of people. From church to my family, they all have said that every time I make it it is better & better, well blended. My strength in my arms isn’t that great; I was diagnosed with MS in 2008.
I have been putting all of your ingredients in one by one & that really helps make sure it’s all blended,

I altered this recipe due to some dietary restrictions, but this recipe was very flavorful, and no one could tell that I altered the recipe!! I could not get the knife to come out clean and the edges were a little over done because of that. But that could have been because of some ingredient substitutions I made.
