Was a super hit at a party last night! Difference....purchased sun dried tomatoes packed in olive oil then mixed pressed garlic in with a little extra oil. Bonus....left-over can make a great variation of Carrabba's Chicken Bryan. Look on this app for sauce and grilling. my recommendation is to put goat cheese and topping on grilled breast then microwave for 30-45 seconds. it turned out perfect! side of pasta in light marinara...hard to beat!
