3 Stars because they fell apart. I made these yesterday for the 4th When I read the ingredients & mixing instructions, I was taken aback because it didn’t call for an egg to bind the ground beef, I made the burgers accordingly. As soon as I flipped them on the grill they began to fall apart. I basically had grilled ground meat. While the meat was tasty, it wasn’t a patty. I repeated this recipe again today; this time, adding 1 large egg. And viola! I had tasty juicy patties.

Very juicy. Will definitely be making them again in the summer. The only thing I would change is a little less mayo.

Not bad, but I’d prefer good old seasoning salt to the onion soup mix next time. The burgers were juicy, but I like a classic taste when bbq-ing. So I’m down with the mayo and breadcrumbs, but it’ll be a splash of worchestire and Lawson’s next time.

I made this just like the recipe and loved it. The onion soup was really yummy but I couldn't taste the mayo. I guess that just makes it juicy.

all i can say is "They're tender, juicy and awesomely delishious. I didn't use as much bread crumbs as called for and i added a small amount of ranch seasoning. My family devoured them.

My family loved them. I put butter on the buns, toasted them. Added hamburger spread, cheese melted on burger, lettuce and tomato. Better than In-n-Out!
