I've used this recipe a few times. Followed all ingridients to the T the first time, but later a few changes of my own. Awesome breading! I used "Pizza" style shredded cheese that gave a nice smoky flavor, and cubed pancetta instead of bacon bits. Also, I removed all the seeds but kept the jalapeno's whole. Thanks for shareing! I
