I have made many versions of this soup but thought I would try this recipe because of the herbs suggested. After completion, the soup lacks flavour and needs salt and pepper added to both meatballs and the broth. I would also suggest adding some garlic to the meatballs for additional flavour. I was able to dress up the broth but it was too late for the meatballs. Overall not the best recipe, and definitely not the Best Ever,
