The cookies turned out really well. The recipe for the icing is way off in the amount of milk you need to add. I did about 8 table spoons of milk to get the proper consistency.

These turned out great for me. I used a Betty Crocker recipe for the frosting instead of the one on here, but the sugar cookies themselves get 5 stars. I found the dough easy to work with (as long as it wasn't too cold). You have to be careful not to overbake them. They ended up better then most sugar cookies I can remember having growing up. I even froze the dough so I could roll it out later and they turned out just the same.

Terrible recipe. Very dry, hard to work with and what cookies did make it out of the oven and into finished cookies, tasted like sugar, not cookies
