Absolutely love this recipe! I’ve slowly modified it for my family (no seasoned salt, just extra garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, raw sugar instead of white sugar), but it’s awesome as is.
I like to buy a giant 6-8 lb brisket, cut it in thirds when I get home, and rub all three at once, wrapping and freezing the other two for later. It makes dinner so much easier on those busy weeknights!
