    Good recipe! Added a bit of lemon, salt, paprika and Dijon mustard but did not use onion.
    Great, easy recipe. I added another green onion (personal preference) and a little extra celery. I make this a lot!!

    Might also try a variation with cubed Quorn vegan chicken/Turkey roast (make ahead, cooled) to make chicken salad sandwiches
