Made this with regular chicken breasts in the oven. I cooked the frozen breasts for 10 minutes before adding the sauce mix then added some more on the other side 10 minutes later. The chicken cooked for 30 minutes in the oven, then I threw them in a heated skillet with remaining juice and honey for 5-10 minutes and it was quite delicious. The breasts were melt in the mouth savoury! Had to even out the lemon to honey ratio as we all found it a little too lemony but otherwise it was absolutely amazing! Will definitely make again.

Very good! Based on some of the comments I lowered the cooking time for each side to 8 minutes and then 4 minutes with the sauce to keep it from burning. I also added all of the remaining mix with the honey and a bit of cornstarch to the sauce to thicken it up a bit.

Good taste but I think marinating the chicken before broiling it will help the chicken absorb the sauce a little more

I messed up a bit with the oven (as I am still learning to cook and simply left them in too long) and the chicken got a bit crispy on the outside, but the the inside was delicious and the flavor was phenomenal!!

I liked this recipe and will use it often. I served it with Joloff Rice (a West African dish) and salad. The combination of honey, lemon, oregano and garlic made for a delicious sauce, and each can be adjusted to your personal taste.

It was ok. The lemon was a bit over powering, but I think if I try this again, I will add more garlic.

Turned out great!! We’ll be making this again. We broiled potatoes at the same time. First time ever broiling both. We’ll cook this again. Great flavor.

It was a whirlwind in the kitchen because I made a rum soaked pineapple upside down cake for desert along with making dinner... broke a sweat! Got it all done in about an hour and included a side of pasta with broccoli and mushrooms for the sauce that I made a little extra with and added some corn starch to make it a little thicker. Didn’t add anything else and it certainly is a zesty light meal even with pasta! Topped it with some fresh grated Asiago which really went nicely with they zesty sweet honey lemon!!

I used skinless chicken, so it turned into a candied jerky, will have to try again as I loved the flavour ☹️

Very good! I went a bit light on the lemon, and shouldn't have, as the lemon didn't really come thoug through. But I did get the crispy skin, and a light sweetness that my family loved! I will be trying this again!
My son loved it! It didn’t get the crispness to it that I was expecting but it did have a great taste! Thank you! I will make it again!

It was ok, lemon flavor was overwhelming. Honey was not even there. I'll try with less lemon next time.

I don’t have a iron skillet but i tried anyway. Love the taste. It gives the chicken a unique taste. I will improve the technique next time. If you want to do something easy, different and with great flavor this is for you. Highly recommend. Next time im going to use less oil, but that’s me. If you don’t have iron skillet, I don’t recommend to put the chicken in broil all the time.
