I used it as a marinade for chicken....DELICIOUS. Cooked the chicken on the grill. I added extra honey and garlic. The extra honey seemed to help a lot. Grilled brussel sprouts and basted them with marinade, they were delicious as well, next time I may grill green beans

Quite tasty . I did my chicken in the air fryer and did the sauce in a pan on the stove . I ended up using just 1/3 cup of lemon juice and it was plenty . The sauce was definitely on the watery side but that was fine tasted great anyways

It was great!! Make sure you have a top for your skillet though. The grease pops and it will start a fire if you don’t have a great stove. I live in an apartment so 🤷🏾♀️

i would adjust lemon juice as 1/4 cup instead of 1/2 cup. too sour.

This was perfect as is! Such a subtle lemon flavor. I was pleasantly surprised that the honey flavor was not too strong. Will definitely make again.

I did this recipe with chicken breast because I didn’t have thighs. In my opinion it just needed more seasoning to it, the ingredients on the list was just not enough for me. I do recommend the recipe though, it was good, fast and easy!

Chicken turned out great. Sauce was a bit oily, will either reduce the oil in the mix or separate the fat before serving.

This had great flavor. i didn't broil it. i pan fried the skins then baked in the oven. i liked the instructions for making the honey lemon glaze. you have to balance the honey's sweetness with the lemons' tartness.

It was good, tasted professional but seemed like it was missing something. Maybe it could use more oregano. I had 6 thighs so i increased the recipe by 0.5 i probably didn't need to do that. it made my small cast iron skillet really full. i paired it with another recipe on the yummly website called "sweet potatoes with kale and carmelized onions" was quite nice together. others have said that it tasted tart because of the lemon. Mine didn't taste tart which could be because i didn't drain the chicken drippings before pouring the 1st sauce on the chicken. Definitely would make again.

We loved it! Make sure you add the right amount of lemon juice - I was a little heavy handed on the lemon juice, and it made the chicken very tart. That was my fault, and I will use less next time. Otherwise, it's delicious!

The chicken turned out great. Some of the family found that it had a slight extreme taste of lemon and barely any honey. I would recommend adding more honey. Other than that, it’s a great recipe!

Made this with regular chicken breasts in the oven. I cooked the frozen breasts for 10 minutes before adding the sauce mix then added some more on the other side 10 minutes later. The chicken cooked for 30 minutes in the oven, then I threw them in a heated skillet with remaining juice and honey for 5-10 minutes and it was quite delicious. The breasts were melt in the mouth savoury! Had to even out the lemon to honey ratio as we all found it a little too lemony but otherwise it was absolutely amazing! Will definitely make again.

Very good! Based on some of the comments I lowered the cooking time for each side to 8 minutes and then 4 minutes with the sauce to keep it from burning. I also added all of the remaining mix with the honey and a bit of cornstarch to the sauce to thicken it up a bit.

Good taste but I think marinating the chicken before broiling it will help the chicken absorb the sauce a little more

I messed up a bit with the oven (as I am still learning to cook and simply left them in too long) and the chicken got a bit crispy on the outside, but the the inside was delicious and the flavor was phenomenal!!
