- 2 cups cream (Savory Cashew, recipe follows)
- 4 cups marinara sauce (Protein-Packed, or your favorite marinara sauce*, recipe follows)
- 2 cups ricotta (Vegan Spinach, recipe follows)
- 1 pkg. no boil lasagna noodles (such as DeLallo Whole Wheat Lasagna)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. miso (chickpea, any light miso will work, optional)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes (28 ounce, I love the Muir Glen brand with basil)
- 1 sweet potato (large, peeled and diced, about 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup red lentils (picked over and rinsed in a fine mesh strainer)
- 3 cloves garlic (2-, minced)
- 1 tsp. salt (more to taste)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano (optional)
- 1 tsp. olive oil (optional)
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 12 oz. firm tofu (10-, firm or extra-, drained, 1 package is typically 10-12oz but can go up to 14oz, which also works fine)
- 2 cups baby spinach (fresh, or 1 cup frozen spinach)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. light miso (white, yellow, or chickpea)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (flakes)
