This recipe is delicious and a real crowd pleaser. Every last bite of ribs was eaten. Will make this for years to come.

I ended up adding creole seasoning to the broth. Also used thyme and Worcestershire sauce after taking out of oven.

Great tasting and easy to make. I used a steak seasoning we like instead of straight salt and pepper but that was the only change I made.

Never tried anything like this before... turned out amazing! I was so impressed I’m making them for a family gathering!

made it three times now and it's great every time. only have it in the oven for 2.5 hours and the bones slip right out.

This Seriously is amazing. Enjoyed it with some noodles and pretty much followed the recipe to the tea except I added a little rosemary.

This was delicious. The only change that I made was adding fresh Rosemary and Thyme. I made almost 4 pounds and barely have leftovers. My son demolished it!

Added 2 stalks of celery, 1 shallot, Rosemary and a hand full of cheery tomatoes. Strained the sauce and served over rice. AMAZING! The only problem is it wasn’t enough. Had to give up my serving for my baby’s lunch the next day. So worth it. Served with Parmesan peas and a small salad with mustard vinaigrette to cleans the pallet. This will be a go to for Sunday dinners. Thank You for the recipe! A new staple in the house!

We used chuck roast because the market was out of short ribs. Came out amazing! Will make it again and again

Followed the recipe exactly, came out excellent, absolutely delicious! The meat was tender and right off the bone. My husband loved it! Next time will add mushrooms.

Amazing!!!!! Hubby said it was the best dinner I've ever made! They were moist, fell off the bone and super flavorful!

Really good but I don't really see what all the fuss is about. It tasted like expensive pot roast. The flavor was excellent.

Delicious! The only modification was more garlic. I’ve made these a couple times now and never have any leftover!

Absolutely amazing. It's tender and juicy and full of flavor. We use a young Cabernet from Argentina for the wine. Thank you for the recipe.

Loved the simplicity and flavors of this recipe. Great as is, however will play with it in the future. Delicious.
Give it a try.

Best short ribs I ever had. I've made it several times and it's now apart of my family receipts. I wouldn't change a thing!
