this is absolutely delicious! super easy to make! if you think your butter turned out too liquidy, don't add more flour, crepes should be like that.

Good basic ingredients had to add a lot more milk and water than listed to make it properly soupy, but I was using whole wheat flour. I also recommend a stand mixer if you have it!

they turned out good, the only thing i would do differently next time is i would use blender as there were still little lumps left in batter after whisking it

Recipe after adding 1/4 cup extra water ended up being a good consistency. I went for sweetness adding sugar and vanilla extract. All in all, I would say this is a pretty basic crepe. Tasting it on its own, it was bland in flavor but I could see how adding additional toppings or syrups to dress it up would help amp up the taste as others have done. I would make it again but tweak the recipe adding a tablespoon more of sugar and butter. (I would note that I didn’t add salt in my first trial since I was using salted butter.)

I used 1 1/4 cups milk and a whole cup of water( this was the second time). The first time The batter was to thick. It makes about 9 crepes. Added nutella, and had with fresh raspberries and strawberries. Yum!

Used the crepe maker, agree with the other comments to add more liquid. I added more milk to thin them out. Tastes great!

Made these crepes this morning and we added the sugar and vanilla for the sweetness. I think the recipe is way too thick so I added at least an extra 1/4C up milk to thin the batter. The taste was delicious!

With a substitution of butter to 2tbs of sunflower seed oil to the mix and a bit more water it is perfect!

It turned out pretty great. I don’t have as much ingredients as it called for, so I split the recipe in half. I also added a little bit more milk in a little bit more water and it turned out perfectly. Great recipe.

I substituted almond milk for milk and olive oil for butter. The crapes were a little thick, but turned out well othwreise.

It was going to be a bit thick so I decreased the amount of flour. And instead of water I just added more milk. I also add some lemon zest for flavor.

Amazing! Simple and easy. I still used the recommended amount of salt even though I used salted butter

Perfect crepes! So easy to spread in the pan and they were golden brown on the outside and perfect on the inside. Topped them with a strawberry cherry sauce and powdered sugar. Perfect summer brunch!

I love this recipe and I hope to use it again. Every time I make crepes I use this recipe and it turns out perfectly I just don't make it savory and I put Greek yogurt and pancake syrup and it is delicious

Best recipe for creeps! Only one thing when I tried this recipe after using half of the mixture I had to add a bit more milk as the mixture became more dense. But just a few drops (10-15 ml) no more. Creeps were amazing!!! Everyone loved them!!!
