I didn’t know what to expect from this recipe with the boiling, but I appreciated not having to defrost the wings. I then broiled them as directed, and then put the sauce on and continued to broil, as we like the sauce to carmelize a bit. I used BBQ sauce and Frank’s wing sauce since I already had them. My kids were very happy with them.
