This is a very good recipe….I add chopped nuts, dried cranberries, and just a touch of lemon zest…very flavorful….oh, I i use einkorn flour too

omgosh yum, love a cakey moist pan cake, sweet enough to eat without syrup, but not too much that syrup doesnt work. Having the leftovers with chicken for dinner.

Great balance of ingredients. Added a little wheat germ and ground flax to increase nutritional value.

Made these to use up some buttermilk I bought for another purpose. I added 1/2 t of cinnamon and 1/4 t of nutmeg, and they turned out very tasty!

It was okay, maybe more butter? I felt like it was missing something, but still these are very good.

Top notch! Added a little water to batter as it was a little too thick and I didn’t want to overdo it with butter milk.

These turned out so good and fluffy! I don’t usually have baking soda, swapped it out for 3tsp baking powder.

My family really enjoyed I added cinnamon to the wet ingredients. Pancakes were very fluffy and light.

These are great buttermilk pancakes. I really like the texture, pillowy soft, not rubbery and tasteless. Another easy way to use up extra buttermilk.

Good proportions of ingredients. I added cinnamon and nutmeg and pumpkin pie spice. Turned out well and made 14 pancakes.

I reduced the sugar by one tablespoon and cut the baking soda in half. Still light and fluffy but no soapy taste from the baking soda. Might just be the brand of baking soda we use but all good!
