- white sesame seeds (and black sesame seeds and/or poppy seeds (optional) or try everything bagel seasoning!)
- 1/2 head napa cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 red onion (small, sliced thin)
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper (minced)
- 3 Tbsp. champagne vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mustard (spicy)
- red bell pepper (I added some julienned)
- 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
- 1/2 lb. brisket (ground)
- 1/2 lb. short rib (ground boneless)
- 1/2 lb. pastrami (sliced thin, I used corned beef)
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 4 brioche buns (or egg buns)
