This recipe was really good. The only thing I changed was that I used almond milk in place of water. Since I used a Belgian waffle maker, the waffle was a little thin in one of the molds. I will just try to distribute the mix more evenly next time. This recipe is a keeper.

I cheated and put the whole egg in there. it's a good recipe to make when you're out of rare bread. you can also substitute the cheese with shredded cheese. I used it for my hamburger buns it was so good thank you so much.

Very good for a bread substitute. I will try with a little vanilla & cinnamon as another person mentioned

Made these today and they turned out perfectly! I used the whole egg, didn’t want to waste anything. These are an excellent choice for a base when making eggs Benedict! My new go-to recipe!
