These Scones came out Great! I used 1 and a half small strawberry yogurts. I used half cup whole wheat flour/ half cup white flour with a tsp of gluten instead of the pastry flour part. I didn’t use my grater, I cut the butter 1/2 cup up with a knife instead. Everything else the same...YUMMM

These scones turned out really well! I had to used coconut sugar because I didn’t have white and they still turned out great!

These scones are amazing - delicate texture and bursting with sweet berries. I always make a double batch because they vanish quickly!
