Slightly dry, I added an extra teaspoon of mustard. Delicious and will make again

Amazing! I had to improvise a bit and used spicy brown mustard and a .5 tsp of mustard powder in place. of dijon. I also didn't have butter on hand and used a tbs of whipped cream cheese. But my homemade beef bone broth and marrow added just the right amount of richness. I would like to try it with a bit of brandy next time, but I don't drink so it was not missed. I would absolutely make again!

Delicious! I dredged my beef in seasoned flour and served over fresh pappadrelle. Soooooo good!

Really flavourful. I added a crushed garlic clove and some green pepper sliced really small and thin to the onion/mushroom mix. Also added 1tsp paprika, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar and used 3 bay leaves after browning the steak. Omitted the brandy and used extra beef stock as well as some double cream mixed with the sour. Will definitely make again.

I cooked this recipe tonight and it’s the best I’ve tried so far, served with plain white rice , thank you for sharing x

This was really good. I would recommend slicing the onions into smaller pieces, I thinly sliced mine and decided I didn’t love the stringy onion texture. I would also recommend seasoning the meat with onion powder and salt/pepper. Recipie didn’t call for it, but I will definitely be doing it next time. I served it over parmasean risotto, it was delicious!

This was an easy and delicious recipe. I wanted more sauce for our noodles (next time mashed potatoes) so I will try to add more liquid without changing the rich and addictive sauce. I didn’t have a bay leaf so that was lacking but no one missed it. Thanks for the great directions and friendly delivery.

The stroganoff was wonderful.Quick, easy and flavorful! I have made it 3 times now and it never fails toe delicious. I used leftover ribeye steaks for the beef. The best stroganoff recipe I have found. I would have rated it 5 stars, but the fifth star would not change when I tapped it. But it is a 5 star recipe.

It was tasty & simple to make but my ground mustard was not up to snuff, so I added some 1 tsp vinegar to up the tartness. Will definitely make again

This turned out really great despite the fact that I was missing a few ingredients. Had to use red wine instead of brandy. Dijon instead of grainy mustard and vegetable broth instead of beef. Still great!

Very easy and tasty. Just what you want to fill that “gee I want some stroganoff “ feeling. Thanks...

Fantastic and actually easy.!
My boys love it!
I used chopped steak, and cognac, because that’s what I had and it turned out wonderful!
We’ve made it twice now.
