    Hands down, the perfect blueberry muffin recipe! Had blueberries to use up and tried this one, the muffins have the perfect consistency, not too sweet either. For my own taste and health reasons I did not sprinkle sugar on top. Will definitely use this recipe over and over!

    Best blueberry muffins I've ever made! Makes large and delicious muffins - just be sure to mix the cooked berries into the centre of the batter in cups otherwise it just overflows and the muffins don't look too good. DELICIOUS! I'll be baking these again soon because 12 is just not enough.
