  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup walnut pieces
  • 2 1/2 cups berries (choice, or a mixture of many, fresh or frozen will work)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons arrowroot (increase to 3 if using 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or Honey, optional depending on tartness of berries)
