- 1/2 cup Smucker’s® Natural Blackberry Fruit Spread
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 5 oz. spring mix salad greens
- 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
- 1 tangerine (or orange, peeled, seeded, separated into pieces)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions
- WHISK fruit spread, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl until blended.
- PLACE salad greens, strawberries, tangerine, blueberries, sunflower kernels and green onions in large salad bowl. Toss gently to blend ingredients.
- TOP with dressing just before serving. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with blue cheese.
