- 1 1/2 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 pinch salt (if your sunflower seeds are unsalted)
- 1 dash cayenne (optional, if you like spice)
- 5 oz. baby spinach (roughly chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries (total, blueberries and/or chopped strawberries)
- 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. maple syrup
