- 4 strawberries
- 6 raspberries
- 2 blackberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (organic)
- 1 cup skim milk (or water)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions
- mix the cinnamon and rolled oats in a bowl
- add the milk or water and stir until the cinnamon is evenly dispersed in the liquid
- top with the berries
- leave overnight in the fridge
