- 12 mint leaves (stems removed)
- 6 large strawberries (stems removed)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 4 oz. white rum (or Perrier for a mocktail version)
- 12 oz. GT’s Gingerberry kombucha
- ice
- lime wedges (for garnish, optional)
- raspberries (for garnish, optional)
- mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Directions
- Divide mint leaves, strawberries and lime juice among two highball glasses.
- Use a muddler or wooden spoon to gently muddle without breaking up the mint leaves.
- Add 2 oz of rum to each glass, stir gently.
- Add ice and top with kombucha. Stir, garnish and sip.
