  • 12 mint leaves (stems removed)
  • 6 large strawberries (stems removed)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 4 ounces white rum (or Perrier for a mocktail version)
  • 12 ounces GT’s Gingerberry kombucha
  • ice
  • lime wedges (for garnish, optional)
  • raspberries (for garnish, optional)
  • mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

    Directions

    1. Divide mint leaves, strawberries and lime juice among two highball glasses.
    2. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to gently muddle without breaking up the mint leaves.
    3. Add 2 oz of rum to each glass, stir gently.
    4. Add ice and top with kombucha. Stir, garnish and sip.
