Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 Tbsp. cashew butter (or 2 Tbsp raw cashews – soak in boiling water for 5-10 before blending)
- 1 tsp. chia seeds (+ extra for serving)
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds (+ extra for seriving)
- 2 tsp. vanilla (or 4-6 drops of vanilla cream stevia – I like to use Sweet Leaf Stevia – depending on how tart your berries are.)
- 1 pinch pink salt
- 1 tsp. maca (– optional for hormone balance)
- 1 scoop Collagen (Vital proteins unflavored, peptides optional for an extra boost of protein and gut healing goodness)
- 1/2 cup ice (– more or less to desired consistency)
