pretty good. used dried parsely and it still was good. just reduced ghr amount of parsley used since it was dried. also substituted onion for scalion and it was fine by me

Quick and easy. I added a can of garbanzo beans, spinach, fresh basil, salt ,pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano and parsley.
