I love this recipe! I made a few changes: I use buttermilk (or half buttermilk and milk), add a teaspoon of vanilla and a couple tablespoons of sugar.

Great I even did a healthier version with oatmeal(turned into flour) Still light and crisp

I added 2 tbsp of brown sugar. Overall, it's a very good recipe. I recommend it.

Delicious! I would add a bit of sugar and maybe a tsp of vanilla to change the flavor a bit, but overall great recipe.

OMG! These were the best waffles I ever made. I don't have a belgian waffle maker, just a regular one but they were still so good! I really think its the beating of the egg whites that really sets it off! I highly recommend!

So delicious! Perfectly crunchy outside and soft inside. Added some vanilla for thst classic taste.

Turned out great. A standing mixer on low speed does the trick for the egg whites

Definitely a hit with my family! I made a double batch last weekend with guests over and I think everyone had a second waffle! Light and fluffy inside and nice and crispy on the outside. I’m making them again this weekend.
