Yum! Turned out perfectly in the Belgian waffle maker. I doubled the recipe, let the batter rise for an hour and served up beautiful, crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside waffles.

Loved them - made them the night before took out of the fridge in the morning to get to room temp. Definitely a new favorite
