Easy recipe to follow! Great flavor and they rose beautifully. Make sure to follow yeast tip in the instructions so they ride with ease. In my opinion, best eaten warm.

Super easy to make and very delicious to eat! Usually beignets are a little thinner, but these are great too.

Made these today! Easy to make...I made fried and Baked for those of us watching our fat intake...my son was craving donuts this morning and I told him let me make some beignets...such a hit this morning and he loved so much I made more for his dessert. Light and fluffy, I liked both, but he preferred the fried ones! I brushed half and half on baked ones instead reg. Milk...I also used bread flour and parchment paper for the baked ones. For the oil to get to 350 you do need a meat/cooking thermometer...I left it in oil and it alerts me when it hits the temp I need. Thanks Jo for the recipe! Loved by all in this household.

Very light and fluffy. I had to add more flour to get the correct consistency but I live in a high altitude area (8,000 ft above sea level) so I don’t know if that had something to do with it.
