- 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. rose petal (powder, see note above)
- 1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom ("hale")
