- 1 tsp. ground ginger

- 1 tsp. peppercorns (ground mixed, I used black and pink)
- 1/2 tsp. sumac
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 360 grams beetroot (2 packs Waitrose Sweet & Spicy Chilli, diced)
- 3 Tbsp. pomegranate molasses
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt (fine, if coarse grind)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves (roughly chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
- 1 pomegranate (seeds of)
- 1 lemon (zest of)
- 170 grams coconut (/Greek yogurt)
- 25 grams fresh mint
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (argan/)
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt (fine, if coarse grind)
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 handful microgreens
- 4 tsp. rose petals (dried)
- 4 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds (toasted)
- 2 Tbsp. black sesame seeds (toasted)
