- 2 tsp. orange zest (– grated)
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 50 mL water (beetroot, the water leftover from boiled beetroots)
- 150 grams icing sugar
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 15 tsp. jam (pink, I used plum)
