We've opted for edamame beans instead of regular chickpeas, as they contains more protein whilst additionally supporting the muscles and the cardiovascular system.   • 1 teaspoon beetroot (Powder)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • corriander (Small Bunch of Fresh)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Directions

    1. Put all ingredients except the water into a blender and whilst the machine is working, start to add the water gradually.
    2. When you reach your desired consistency (we like ours to be extra smooth) adjust the taste with salt and / or spices
    3. Transfer it to a serving bowl and enjoy with fresh crudités or crackers
