Description
Raitas go very well with Biryanis and Pulav or even with the full Indian meal. Recently, I tried beetroot raita because I was totally in love with the colour of this raita by seeing the pictures of it. It is nutritious, tasty and simple to make.
Ingredients

- 1 beetroot (grated)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 green chillies
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 cumin seed (powder)

Directions
- Grate the beetroot and keep it in a bowl
- Whisk the curd nicely into it.
- Add salt, cumin powder and green chilli and whisk everything nicely.
- Serve with your meal
