Description

Raitas go very well with Biryanis and Pulav or even with the full Indian meal. Recently, I tried beetroot raita because I was totally in love with the colour of this raita by seeing the pictures of it. It is nutritious, tasty and simple to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 beetroot (grated)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 green chillies
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 cumin seed (powder)

    Directions

    1. Grate the beetroot and keep it in a bowl
    2. Whisk the curd nicely into it.
    3. Add salt, cumin powder and green chilli and whisk everything nicely.
    4. Serve with your meal
