Nice variation of bread. I liked the taste especially if you combine it with humus. But I'd recommend to use less water because the dough comes very sticky/moist and after baking it 30 min it wasn't completely done in the middle. I'd recommend to use 100 ml water less and prolong baking time for 10 min more. Maybe it would be better to bake it on 190°C instead of 175°C.
Otherwise worth to try it 👍
