Ok but heavy, doesn’t cook through nicely, maybe if it was from cooked beetroot or baked on the oven could have turned out better

Since I didn't have spring onions, I used half an onion instead. No lemon or mint, I combine the rest of the ingredients and used homemade breadcrumbs instead of flour. They were delicious! I must say I'm not very fond of beetroot but thanks to this recipe I can gladly add it now to my monthly meal planner. Must try!!

Very yummy! I might try swapping the flour for breadcrumbs. I added a pinch of chilli flakes which added a nice warmth.
