It worked out quite well. The consistency was great, held their shape well and were easy to fry. I added ground chia seed and flax seeds however and also coated the burgers with some flour prior to frying.
The taste was kind of disappointing. They definitely need a lot of salt and should be eaten with cheese. I would also experiment with adding in some Feta cheese or roasted sunflower seeds into the batter. The beetroot flavour was also very dominant- I would maybe substitute half of the beetroot for greatet carrot! Otherwise a nice addition to my recepy collection!
