- 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder (don't use real onions if you're avoiding nightshades. The powder is okay!)
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder (don't use real garlic if you're avoiding nightshades. The powder is okay!)
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried sage
- 1 lemon (about 2-3 Tbsp)
