- 1 beet greens (big handful of fresh, I like to use the smaller, more tender greens closer down to the actual beet versus the larger leaves)
- 1 spinach (packed cup of, and spring mix)
- 1/2 lime
- 1/4 cup berries (frozen organic, left out to rest for about 15 minutes)
- 3/4 cup water (depending on how thick you like your smoothies to be)

Very good!! I didn't add spinach.. Just used beet greens, cherries and like o juice and I added some fresh blueberries
