- 1 bunch chives (finely chopped, you can use 1 medium size onion as a substitute)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 tsp. asafoetida (pinch, hing)
- 1 onion (large, boiled and mashed)
- 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. panko bread crumbs (or any bread crumbs)
- salt
- oil (for pan fry)
- 1 red onion (medium, chopped, to serve with the chop)
- 1 cucumber (medium, chopped, to serve with the chop)
