- oil (to spray)
- 2 tsp. garlic (minced or crushed)
- 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp. dried sage
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 cups chickpeas (cooked, If using canned drain thoroughly)
- 1 chipotle peppers (in adobo sauce, finely minced)
- 12 cashew nuts (roasted)
- 6 garlic cloves
- salt (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
- 1 onion (medium, thinly sliced)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 ground black pepper
- leafy greens (like baby spinach, baby chard or baby kale. A mix of spring greens would be great here also.)
